Oscar's Pathway is part of The Sibling Group was founded by Grace Williams (CEO/provision lead). Grace has a brother called Oscar who is autistic, non-verbal and has a severe learning disability. Grace has experienced first-hand the lack of appropriate support for brother growing up and for young people and adults with complex sensory and communication needs. She decided to set up OPL, to support people with similar needs.

Grace is an experienced and qualified special needs teacher (QTS) with experience working with young people and adults with autism, a severe learning disability, communication and sensory needs and challenging behaviours.
Grace has a first-class degree (BA hons) in Special Education and is currently undertaking a masters degree in autism and inclusion.
Grace is a trained attention autism practitioner and has extensive training in sensory needs and planning and delivering sensory stories and activities. She has also published a range of research focused on the impact of having a disabled child on families, in particular siblings.
